Steps to Proceed

Registration to Final Submission

This year the complete flow is fully online: registration, payment details, team QR card, attendance marking, and final project submission.

1. Team Registration

Register with team name, leader details, and 2-4 member details (3-5 total participants).

2. UPI Fee Payment

Pay Rs. 250 per team using the shared UPI QR. Add UPI transaction details to complete registration.

3. Team ID Card + QR

Instantly receive your team code and QR-enabled ID card for event-day entry verification.

4. Entry Attendance

At venue entry, admins scan your team QR and mark attendance.

5. Project Submission

On Day 2, before deadline, submit your GitHub and demo video links using your team code and leader email.

Rules & Instructions

Team size must be between 3 and 5 members.
Each team must have exactly one team leader.
Teams can have members from any branch and any year.
Registration is confirmed only after payment details are submitted.
Bring valid student ID for all participants at entry.
Project submission after deadline is not accepted.

Who Can Participate?

Eligibility Criteria

Please ensure your team meets all requirements before registration.

Team Size

Each team must have a minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 participants including the team leader.

Team Leader

Every team must declare one team leader. Leader email is required later for project submission.

Student Participants

All participants should be valid student participants as per institute/event norms.

Registration Fee

A fee of Rs. 250 per team is mandatory to confirm the registration.

Original Work

Projects must be original and developed during the event timeline. Plagiarism leads to disqualification.

Submission Deadline

Teams must submit GitHub and demo video links before the configured deadline in the portal.
